Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By applying to or taking part in the CSI Ambassador Programme you accept these Terms and Conditions, the Ambassador Agreement, the Referral Programme Rules, the Brand Usage Guidelines and the Ambassador Privacy Notice.

2. Accounts and codes

Each Ambassador receives one Ambassador ID, one referral link and one discount code. Codes are personal and must not be sold, transferred or published on coupon or voucher websites. CSI may change or deactivate a code at any time.

3. Learner discount

Learners who use a valid Ambassador code or link receive a 5% discount on CSCE (€95 instead of €100) and CSP (€237.50 instead of €250). The discount cannot be combined with other offers and applies to new paid enrolments only.

4. Attribution

A referral is attributed to the Ambassador whose link was clicked (the attribution lasts 90 days) or whose code is entered at checkout. A code entered at checkout takes priority. CSI's records are final for attribution.

5. Fraud and misuse

CSI automatically blocks self-referrals, duplicate accounts, refunded purchases, chargebacks and suspicious transactions, and may investigate, withhold, reverse or cancel any commission connected with suspected abuse.

6. General

There are no guaranteed earnings. Commission depends solely on paid enrolments that meet the programme rules.

CSI may modify, suspend or terminate the programme, these rules, commission rates or any Ambassador's participation at any time, with notice published on this website.

CSI retains complete control over pricing, discounts, policies, certifications, examination rules and programme eligibility.
