CSI Ambassador Programme · Version 1.0

Ambassador Policy

1. Purpose

The CSI Ambassador Programme lets professionals who believe in converged security education recommend the CSCE and CSP certifications of the Converged Security Institute (CSI) and receive a commission on successfully paid enrolments.

2. Principles

CSI pays commission only from revenue it has received and retained. CSI makes no upfront or fixed payments to Ambassadors, and joining the programme is free.

Ambassadors are independent referral partners. Nothing in the programme creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture or franchise relationship between CSI and any Ambassador.

There are no guaranteed earnings. Commission depends solely on paid enrolments that meet the programme rules.

CSI may modify, suspend or terminate the programme, these rules, commission rates or any Ambassador's participation at any time, with notice published on this website.

CSI retains complete control over pricing, discounts, policies, certifications, examination rules and programme eligibility.

3. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a CSI learner account, complete the application form, be approved by CSI and accept the Ambassador Agreement. CSI staff, faculty and internal accounts are not eligible.

4. Professional conduct

Ambassadors must promote CSI honestly, professionally and ethically, must not make misleading claims about certifications, accreditation, career outcomes or earnings, and must follow the Brand Usage Guidelines and all applicable laws, including consumer protection, anti-spam and data protection laws.

5. Ambassador marketing kit

CSI provides ready-made posts and images in each Ambassador's dashboard. Ambassadors may edit the wording of posts but must keep claims accurate and keep the commission disclosure.

6. Review

This policy is effective from 14 October 2026 and is reviewed at least annually.
