Ambassador Agreement
1. Parties
This Agreement is between the Converged Security Institute ("CSI") and the approved individual ("Ambassador"). It takes effect when CSI approves the Ambassador's application and the Ambassador has accepted it electronically.
2. Appointment
CSI appoints the Ambassador as a non-exclusive, independent referral partner to introduce prospective learners to the CSCE and CSP certification programmes using the Ambassador's unique Ambassador ID, referral link and discount code.
3. Independent relationship
Ambassadors are independent referral partners. Nothing in the programme creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture or franchise relationship between CSI and any Ambassador.
The Ambassador is solely responsible for their own taxes, social security contributions, business registrations, expenses and equipment. The Ambassador has no authority to bind CSI, to accept payments on behalf of CSI or to make promises on CSI's behalf.
4. Commission
Commission is earned only when (a) a learner enrols through the Ambassador's link or code, (b) CSI receives full payment, (c) the 14-day refund period has expired and (d) the payment remains valid and is not refunded, reversed or charged back.
Standard rate: €10 per paid CSCE enrolment and €25 per paid CSP enrolment. Enhanced rate (25 or more paid enrolments in the preceding 12 months): €15 per CSCE and €37.50 per CSP enrolment. The rate is calculated automatically when each commission is recorded.
No commission is payable on scholarships, free or promotional access, internal CSI accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, resit payments, refunded purchases or chargebacks. CSI may reverse commission later found to breach these rules.
5. Payment
Approved commissions are paid weekly by Wise Business every Friday at the end of the business day (18:00 Spain time), once the approved balance reaches €50. Balances below €50 roll forward to the next Friday. If a Friday is a public holiday in Spain, payment may be made on the next business day. The Ambassador must provide accurate Wise-compatible bank details; CSI is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.
6. Obligations
The Ambassador will act ethically, comply with the Brand Usage Guidelines and Referral Programme Rules, disclose the commercial relationship when promoting CSI (for example "#ad" or "I may earn a commission"), and will not bid on CSI brand terms in paid search, send unsolicited bulk messages or create misleading websites.
7. No guarantee
There are no guaranteed earnings. Commission depends solely on paid enrolments that meet the programme rules.
8. Changes and termination
CSI may modify, suspend or terminate the programme, these rules, commission rates or any Ambassador's participation at any time, with notice published on this website.
CSI retains complete control over pricing, discounts, policies, certifications, examination rules and programme eligibility.
Either party may end this Agreement at any time by written notice. CSI may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, misuse, breach or reputational harm. Approved commissions that meet the payout threshold at termination remain payable unless forfeited for breach.
9. Liability and law
CSI's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the approved but unpaid commission owed to the Ambassador. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
